These terms govern your use of Onsite Math. By downloading or using the app, you agree to these terms and Apple’s applicable App Store terms.

A calculation aid—not professional advice

Onsite Math is a productivity tool. Results depend on the measurements, units, costs, waste factors, and other inputs you provide. Before cutting, ordering, quoting, or building, independently verify all outputs, site conditions, drawings, codes, manufacturer instructions, and engineering requirements. The app is not a substitute for a qualified engineer, architect, estimator, or licensed trade professional.

License

You receive a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the app on devices permitted by Apple’s terms. You may not resell, redistribute, reverse engineer, bypass purchase controls, or use the app unlawfully.

Purchases

Purchases are billed and managed by Apple. Refunds are governed by Apple’s policies. A lifetime purchase means access to the purchased Pro feature set for the commercial life of this app; it does not promise perpetual service, support, device compatibility, or every future product.

Your content

You retain responsibility for measurements, project data, estimates, reports, and other content you create. You are responsible for appropriate backups and for checking content before sharing it with clients or crews.

Availability and changes

We may improve, modify, suspend, or discontinue features where reasonably necessary. We aim for reliable operation but cannot promise uninterrupted or error-free availability across every device, operating-system version, locale, or use case.

Disclaimer and liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the app is provided “as is” without warranties beyond those that cannot legally be excluded. Eutopix Labs P.S.A. is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, material waste, construction errors, lost profits, or decisions made from unverified app output. Nothing here limits rights or liability that applicable consumer law does not allow us to limit.

Governing law

These terms are governed by Polish law, without depriving consumers of mandatory protections in their country of residence. Courts with jurisdiction under applicable law may hear disputes.
